Tempo by Hilton Nashville Downtown is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping operations and ensure guest rooms and public areas meet cleanliness and brand standards.

You will train staff, inspect spaces, manage supply control, and support efficient departmental operations while maintaining high guest satisfaction. The role requires leadership, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Hospitality coursework or certification preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of hotel housekeeping experience.
• Prior supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• Experience with housekeeping software or PMS systems (HotSOS, OnQ, Opera, etc.) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support housekeeping staff during daily operations.
• Inspect guest rooms, corridors, and public areas for cleanliness and brand standards.
• Assist with training new employees on cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
• Ensure carts, closets, and supply rooms are clean, stocked, and organized.
• Address guest requests and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Monitor productivity and assist with scheduling and labor management.
• Maintain records of inspections and supply usage.
• Uphold safety, sanitation, and company policies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
