Saber Health Group in Ohio is seeking a Laundry/Housekeeping Manager to lead the department in a skilled nursing facility, ensuring a clean, safe, and homelike environment.

The role requires experience in housekeeping management within healthcare, with a focus on infection control and staff supervision. Shifts are Monday to Friday, 6:00a–3:30p, offering daily wage options and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum of two (2) years of housekeeping management experience in a skilled nursing facility.
• Prior housekeeping or laundry experience in healthcare or hospitality is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clean, well-maintained, and homelike environment through directing the housekeeping and laundry departments.
• Ensure compliance with health, sanitary and infection control policies.
• Oversee staff, scheduling, and adherence to standards and procedures.

Position Summary:

The primary purpose of your job is to provide a clean, well-maintained, and homelike environment and provide quality laundry services through directing the overall operations of the department in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern the community. Follows all health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintains established standards of practice set forth by the community's administration and Housekeeping and Laundry Policies and Procedures.

Education/Qualifications:

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.

• Must have previous experience in housekeeping and/or laundry, preferably in healthcare or the hospitality industry.

• Minimum of two (2) years of housekeeping management experience in a skilled nursing facility strongly preferred.

Shift and Wage:

• Full-Time Opportunity Available

• Shifts Needed: Monday - Friday, 6:00a - 3:30p

  • Manager on Duty Rotation

• Wage: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
