Job summary

Saber-Healthcare-Group is seeking a dedicated Laundry/Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the cleaning and laundry operations in a skilled nursing facility. You will ensure a clean, safe, and homelike environment, supervise staff, and comply with health and infection-control policies.

The role requires prior housekeeping or laundry experience, preferably in healthcare or hospitality, with a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have previous experience in housekeeping and/or laundry, preferably in healthcare or hospitality.
• Experience maintaining cleanliness and infection-control standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct the laundry/housekeeping department to maintain a clean, well-maintained, homelike environment.
• Ensure adherence to health, sanitary, and infection-control policies.
• Oversee staff scheduling and task assignments (Mon-Fri, full-time).
• Support facility leadership with quality-of-service goals and resident comfort.

Position Summary:

The primary purpose of your job is to provide a clean, well-maintained, and homelike environment and provide quality laundry services through directing the overall operations of the department in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern the community. Follows all health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintains established standards of practice set forth by the community's administration and Housekeeping and Laundry Policies and Procedures.

Education/Qualifications:

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.

• Must have previous experience in housekeeping and/or laundry, preferably in healthcare or the hospitality industry.

Shift and Wage:

• Full-Time Opportunity Available

• Shifts Needed: Monday - Friday
