Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group in Ohio is seeking a full-time Housekeeping/Laundry Manager to maintain a clean, homelike environment and deliver quality laundry services in a skilled nursing facility. The role directs the department’s operations, ensures compliance with health and infection control policies, and supports staff development.

Shifts are Monday–Friday, 6:00a–3:30p, with wages of $19.00–$22.00 per hour; two years of housekeeping management in SNF preferred, high school diploma required.

Qualifications

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum two years of housekeeping management experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Experience in housekeeping or laundry required.

Responsibilities

• Direct overall housekeeping and laundry operations to maintain a clean, homelike environment.
• Ensure compliance with health, sanitation and infection control policies.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and training for the department.

Position Summary:

The primary purpose of your job is to provide a clean, well-maintained, and homelike environment and provide quality laundry services through directing the overall operations of the department in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern the community. Follows all health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintains established standards of practice set forth by the community's administration and Housekeeping and Laundry Policies and Procedures.

Education/Qualifications:

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
• Must have previous experience in housekeeping and/or laundry, preferably in healthcare or the hospitality industry.
• Minimum of two (2) years of housekeeping management experience in a skilled nursing facility strongly preferred.

Shift and Wage:

• Full-Time Opportunity Available
• Shifts Needed: Monday - Friday, 6:00a - 3:30p
• Manager on Duty Rotation
• Wage: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
