The supervisor will implement policies, conduct performance appraisals, and maintain records while upholding safety and infection control standards in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years housekeeping supervision experience in a healthcare environment.

Responsabilités

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the Housekeeping Department.
• Coordinate housekeeping services with Dietary, Nursing, and other departments.
• Review and revise department policies, manuals, and job descriptions annually.
• Develop and maintain written job descriptions and evaluations for each level of housekeeping personnel.
• Interpret the department's policies to employees, residents, visitors, government agencies, etc.
