Job summary

Crestline Hotels & Resorts seeks an Executive Housekeeper to lead the planning, direction, and execution of housekeeping and laundry operations in a hotel setting. The role ensures service standards are met and staff are trained, coached, and empowered to perform at a high level.

The Housekeeping Manager will guide daily activities, supervise housekeeping staff, and manage budgets, schedules, and supplies while coordinating with other departments to deliver superior guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in Housekeeping Management.
• Basic computer skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with hotel information systems.

Responsibilities

• Inspect work to ensure it meets specifications and standards.
• Plan and prepare employee work schedules.
• Perform or assist with cleaning duties as necessary.
• Investigate complaints about service and equipment and take corrective action.
• Coordinate activities with other departments to ensure timely services.
• Check equipment to ensure it is in working order.
• Inspect and evaluate the physical condition of facilities to determine work required.
• Instruct staff in policies, procedures, and equipment use.
• Forecast staffing and stock levels to facilitate scheduling and ordering.
• Evaluate employee performance and recommend promotions or transfers.
• Establish and implement departmental standards and procedures.
