Job summary

Covenant Living Communities and Services is seeking a hands-on leader to manage the Housekeeping and Laundry Departments. You will supervise staff, handle staffing, training, budgeting, scheduling, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards to maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary facility.

You will partner with FMD and HR, respond to resident needs, schedule inspections, and drive quality, safety, and customer satisfaction across departments.

Qualifications

• Required Degree: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Preferred Degree: Associate’s Degree.
• Experience: 3–5 Years.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all housekeeping and laundry personnel; manage staffing, training, scheduling, and evaluation.
• Inspect cleanliness and coordinate training; review timesheets and annual performance reviews.
• Plan and prepare budgets for Housekeeping and Laundry; track billable resident services.
