La Bella of Cahokia is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Laundry Assistant to help keep our skilled nursing facilities clean and sanitary. You will follow directions from the Environmental Services Director and support residents with a warm, compassionate approach.

Ideal candidates bring basic cleaning and laundry skills, the ability to lift 25 pounds, and a reliable, self-motivated attitude. This role emphasizes teamwork and high-quality service for residents and families.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions, basic math skills.
• Basic cleaning and laundry skills; ability to lift 25 pounds and climb stairs.
• Prior commercial housekeeping experience (residential/office – medical preferred).
• Ability to work well under pressure and perform a variety of tasks on short notice.
• High-energy, positive teamwork attitude, with good interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to maintain standards of confidentiality.
• Absolutely trustworthy to work alone and be self-motivated and organized.
