Job description

We’re hiring a housekeeping supervisor to provide excellent sanitation and customer service to our hotel guests. You’ll be responsible for leading the housekeeping staff in the mornings by strategically creating their cleaning boards, inspecting their rooms for cleanliness and brand standards, and ensuring team members perform their job duties to our high standards. You will also be keeping the housekeeping department well-stocked by reviewing inventory at the beginning of the month. Applicants should have hospitality experience, enjoy their work, and demonstrate a commitment to meeting and exceeding guest expectations. Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure all cleaning equipment is in proper working condition and make arrangements for repairs as needed.
  2. Document areas cleaned by room attendants and report any issues such as room damage or maintenance requests to the front office.
  3. Manage the daily tasks of the housekeeping department, including cleaning guest rooms and public areas.
Qualifications:

The ideal applicant is an experienced leader who demonstrates great attention to detail and customer service skills.

Compensation:

$18 - $20 hourly
