Qualifications

• 1 to 3 months related experience in housekeeping.
• High school diploma or GED.

• Exceptional customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guestrooms to ensure cleanliness standards and proper stock.
• Distribute work assignments and monitor opening procedures.
• Update guestroom status in the Property Management System.
• Assist in training and support housekeeping staff.
• Assist with month-end reporting and inventories.
• Maintain organized storage and log Lost and Found items.
• Perform housekeeping duties as needed.
• Participate in department meetings.
