DelMonte Hotel Group in Beachwood, OH is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Inspector to uphold our high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. This full-time, on-site role supports the housekeeping team and ensures rooms meet quality expectations.

You will train staff, manage supplies, update statuses in the system, and assist with inventories. Ideal candidates have 1–3 months housekeeping experience, a high school diploma or GED, and strong organizational and customer-service skills.

Formación

• 1 to 3 months related experience in housekeeping.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Solid organizational, time-management and prioritization skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect all assigned guestrooms ensuring that each room meets the hotel's cleanliness standards and that there is efficient stock and positioning of all guestroom amenities and supplies.
• Conduct opening procedures and distribute work assignments.
• Assist in training of all Housekeeping associates.
• Assist Housekeepers in cleaning of guest rooms as needed.
• Update guestroom status in Property Management System.
• Assist in month end reporting and inventories.
• Assist in department meetings, e.g. developing agenda, presenting.
