Job summary

Avocet Hospitality's Tides Folly Beach seeks a detail-driven Housekeeping Inspector to ensure guest rooms and public areas meet cleanliness and brand standards. You will inspect rooms, verify readiness, and report needed repairs, helping the team deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Requirements include 6+ months of inspector experience, strong attention to detail, and solid communication. The role offers a $19/hour wage plus a $500 sign-on bonus, PTO, holidays, and a benefits package with

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness and brand standards.
• Ensure rooms are guest-ready before arrival.
• Identify maintenance issues and report needed repairs.
• Assist with room cleaning when needed.
• Complete room inspections and update room status in the hotel system.
• Support training, coaching, and quality control for housekeeping staff.
• Assist with opening and closing housekeeping operations as needed.

What You'll Do

• Inspect guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness and brand standards
• Ensure rooms are guest-ready before arrival

• Handle guest concerns and help resolve issues quicklyComplete room inspections and update room status in the hotel system
