Job summary

Westminster-Management is seeking a Houseperson to maintain corridors and public areas in accordance with housekeeping standards and safety rules. Duties include walking assigned floors, removing trash and soiled linen, cleaning lobby and public restrooms, and aiding section housekeepers as needed.

Ideal candidates communicate effectively with guests and staff; prior janitorial experience is helpful. The role requires knowledge of floor buffer and extractor operation and adherence to safety

Responsibilities

• Maintain public areas and corridors in a neat, organized manner.
• Clean lobby, restrooms, and other public spaces according to procedures.

• Attend mandatory meetings as required by the supervisor.
• Operate floor buffer and extractor, and shampoo carpets as needed.
• Assist other housekeeping team members and support cross-training.

Duties include walking assigned floors, removing trash and soiled linen, cleaning lobby and public restrooms, and aiding section housekeepers as needed.
