Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining cleanliness of public guest areas as assigned
• Promoting good public relations and guest satisfaction
• Reporting to work as scheduled in proper uniform and adhering to appearance standards
• Assisting room attendants by emptying trash and soiled linen
• Maintaining cleanliness in public restrooms, lobby areas, elevators, hallways, and other designated areas
• Handling guest requests promptly via HotSOS or radio communication
• Cleaning windows, vacuuming hallways, and maintaining linen closets
• Washing and managing guest room glassware
• Participating in departmental meetings and training
• Executing emergency procedures and complying with safety and hotel policies

Qualifications:

• Previous experience is a plus
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Basic English skills
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 150 lbs, and work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Physical Demands:

• Standing and walking over two-thirds of the time
• Using hands frequently to handle objects
• Bending, stooping, and lifting as required
