https://certifiedmobilenotaryservice.com is seeking a Notary Public to work remotely within the U.S. only.

Job Types:

Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Essential Duties:

1. Complete notarization of customer documents.
2. Verify the authenticity of important documents remotely.
3. Explain notarization procedures to clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Review and verify signer's identity according to state requirements.
5. Ensure the signer's understanding of the document and willingness to sign.
6. Review documents for completeness and correct certificate wording.
7. Administer acknowledgment and jurat notarial acts.
8. Record notarizations in a digital notary journal as required by law.
9. Certify the authenticity of signatures on legal documents.
10. Use an online portal to communicate with users.
11. Maintain certification as required by your state.

Qualifications/Skills:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Experience as a Notary Public handling confidential documents.
3. Valid Notary Public certification.
