Four Seasons Hotels Ltd in Nashville is seeking a House Attendant to maintain guest floors, storage areas, and public spaces with exceptional cleanliness and presentation. You will support the Housekeeping team by stocking guest rooms and assisting with heavy items as needed.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, contributing to guest satisfaction through prompt service and attention to detail, while flexible scheduling and physical tasks are required.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Housekeeping team by ensuring guest room supplies, linens, and amenities are fully stocked on guest floors.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest corridors, service areas, storage rooms, stairwells, and linen closets.
• Remove trash, soiled linens, and debris from guest floors and Housekeeping areas.
• Assist Room Attendants with moving furniture, mattresses, rollaway beds, cribs, and other heavy items as needed.
• Deliver guest-requested items promptly and professionally, including cribs, rollaway beds, irons, and ironing boards.
• Report maintenance concerns in guestrooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces through designated systems and notify Housekeeping leadership when appropriate.
• Assist with responsibilities and duties during high business volume or in the absence of Lobby Attendants and Room Attendants.
• Help create exceptional guest experiences by responding promptly to requests and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and service.

The House Attendant plays an important role in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of the hotel. Schedule & Hours:
