Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills is seeking a hospitality professional for a banquet service role. The position involves setting up and breaking down event spaces, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring all service materials are stocked and ready for service.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in hospitality, good instruction-following skills, and a commitment to high standards of guest experience. On-site shifts with flexible on-call coverage are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year food service or related work.
• 1-2 years in hospitality service or comparable experience.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions regarding room set up.

Responsibilities

• Set-up, breakdown, and clean tables, chairs, buffets, skirting, and props as specified by the banquet event order.
• Stock linen, china, silver and glassware and supplies for service ensuring that in good condition.
• Maintain cleanliness and condition of all banquet function space according to maintenance programs and plans.
• Retrieve meeting materials, props, crates, and boxes from the hotel’s receiving area and store them safely and securely.
