Western Carolina University seeks an hourly Housekeeping position for University Housing on the Cullowhee campus. Duties include moving furniture, operating heavy cleaning equipment, cleaning bathrooms, walls, windows and light fixtures, and assisting with light maintenance.
Starting pay ranges from $12.00 to $15.00 per hour, based on experience. Open date is 09/28/2026 and close date 11/02/2026; background checks and credential verification are required for new hires.

Duties include physically challenging activities such as moving furniture, operating heavy cleaning equipment, carrying trash, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, walls, windows and light fixtures, minor maintenance and other related tasks.
