Job summary

Idlewild is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Team Member to keep park public areas clean and presentable. The role includes maintaining outdoor spaces and restrooms, following training SOPs, and supporting guests with inquiries while ensuring a safe, welcoming environment.

This entry-level position requires no education or prior experience; 18+ years old per PA law, flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and reliable transportation are preferred.

Qualifications

• No education requirements for this position.
• Previous work experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the park clean in outdoor areas.
• Stock and clean restrooms around the park.
• Perform cleaning tasks as outlined in training and SOPs.
• Complete regular weekly cleaning tasks as assigned during shifts.
• Diligently clean and disinfect public areas including restrooms, food stands, dining facilities, ride areas, and lockers.
• Provide exceptional guest service by assisting guests with questions or issues.
