Job summary

Westgate Branson Lakes Resort is seeking a reliable Housekeeper to clean and prepare guest rooms, ensuring high quality and timely service. This role focuses on teamwork and attentiveness in a fast-paced resort environment.

Pay rate is $16 per hour for part-time, weekends only, with Daily Pay benefits and opportunities for growth within Westgate Resorts. Candidates must pass a background check and be eligible to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 35 lbs and work in outdoor weather conditions.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Westgate Resorts is a Smoke and Tobacco-Free workplace.
• Required to pass a background check and prove eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Consistently meet quality and timeliness standards in cleaning all assigned rooms.
• Achieve a productivity goal of 12 credits per day, with credits assigned based on service size.
• Deliver guest rooms free of defects by maintaining a 90% or above inspection score.
• Perform room cleaning tasks including bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, and decks.
• Report Lost & Found items and follow established protocols.

Pay Rate:$16/ hour - PART TIME/WEEKENDS ONLY - Use our Daily Pay benefit and get access to your pay as you need it.

As a Housekeeper, you will:

• Consistently meet quality and timeliness standards in the cleaning of all assigned rooms.
• Achieve a productivity goal of 12 credits per day, with credits assigned based on the size and type of service required.
• Deliver to our guest rooms free of critical defects by maintaining a unit inspection score of 90% or above, adhering to the resort's established guidelines.
• Perform room cleaning tasks, including stripping units, removing all trash, and cleaning various areas such as bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, closets, and decks.
• Utilize equipment and supplies responsibly, following established procedures to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Immediately report any Lost & Found items, adhering to established protocols to assist in guest satisfaction.
• Foster a collaborative team environment and be willing to assist with other duties as necessary to support the team.
• Other duties may be assigned, contributing to the overall success and excellence of our housekeeping operations.

Qualifications
