Base pay range

$16.00/hr - $19.00/hr

Responsibilities

Guest Room Attendants are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of guest rooms, including fixtures and equipment, according to hotel standards. Responsibilities include:

• Cleaning guest rooms, private residences, and cottages, ensuring they are immaculate and meet standards.
• Stocking linen rooms and storage areas with clean linens.
• Retrieving and delivering guest requests and replenishing supplies.
• Making beds and ensuring all surfaces are clean, dusted, and sanitized.
• Removing used linens and replacing them with clean ones.
• Cleaning and sanitizing all areas of the guest rooms, including bathrooms and kitchens.
• Managing guest amenities, mini-bars, and supplies.
• Placing rooms in turndown status when cleaning.
• Inspecting and releasing rooms, ensuring standards are met and deficiencies corrected.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
• Availability to work holidays and weekends.
• Warm, engaging personality with good communication skills.
• Self-confident, mature, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
• Good judgment, discretion, and problem-solving skills.
