The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining clean and attractive guest rooms, hallways, and public areas according to hotel procedures. Tasks include servicing guest rooms daily, stocking carts with supplies, replacing linens, and replenishing guest supplies, all while following safety and security standards. The role may also include conducting deep cleaning activities and preventative maintenance tasks. Attention to detail and high cleanliness standards are essential.

Responsibilities

1. Approach all guest and employee interactions with friendliness and a service-oriented attitude.
2. Maintain consistent attendance in accordance with hotel scheduling requirements.
3. Maintain a professional appearance, including proper uniform and name tag, per brand standards.
4. Follow all hotel standards and regulations to ensure safe and efficient operations.
5. Thoroughly clean and restock guest rooms per shift.
6. Complete pre-cleaning duties, including preparing guest supplies, cleaning supplies, and linens.
7. Remove trash and dirty linens from guest rooms.
8. Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors or managers.

Qualifications
