Job summary

Advanced Recovery Systems, LLC is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper for The Recovery Village Ridgefield in Ridgefield, WA. You will help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for patients, staff, and visitors within a nationally recognized inpatient rehab facility.

You will work as part of a compassionate, collaborative team, on a role that supports recovery by ensuring cleanliness, safety, and comfort for all at the site in Ridgefield.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prefer one (1) year of housekeeping experience in a health care facility.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and compassionate.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic and professional communication.
• Can adapt to a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize assigned areas per schedules and healthcare standards.
• Maintain and refinish hard surface flooring to a polished look.
• Shampoo carpets and remove stains as needed.
• Maintain linen inventory and assist with events.
• Operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
• Identify and report maintenance needs.
• Assist with emergency spill cleanup.
• Move and arrange furniture as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with coworkers and leadership; adapt daily needs.

About the Role

As a Housekeeper, you will help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for our patients, staff, and visitors. Your work directly contributes to the healing experience of individuals receiving treatment and recovery support.

This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys staying active, and values teamwork and professionalism.

What You'll Do

Requirements
