• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Physically able to lift, move, and handle equipment and supplies safely.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize resident rooms, common areas, restrooms, and dining spaces in accordance with established procedures.
• Follow daily, weekly, and periodic cleaning schedules to ensure consistent standards throughout the community.
• Safely use and properly store cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment.
• Identify and promptly report maintenance, safety, or sanitation concerns.
• Assist with laundry operations, including washing, drying, folding, and distributing linens and resident clothing.
• Support infection control and prevention practices by adhering to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Respond to resident requests in a courteous, professional, and timely manner.
• Participate in onboarding, required training, and ongoing development.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and comply with all privacy regulations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned to support overall operations.
