Job summary

InterContinental Hotels Group is seeking a Housekeeping Support Associate to assist room attendants with linens and supplies on assigned floors. You will deliver fresh linens, help move heavy items, and respond to guest requests for housekeeping needs throughout the day.

Responsibilities include maintaining floor closets, handling maintenance of vending areas, and assisting with deep cleaning projects as needed. Basic reading/writing/math skills and English communication are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
• Some housekeeping experience and ability to speak English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist room attendants with heavy items such as mattresses and linens.
• Deliver linens and other supplies to room attendants.
• Remove dirty linen from carts and transport to laundry.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of floor closets and vending areas.
• Respond to guests’ requests for housekeeping supplies in a timely manner.
