Job Description - Housekeeping Floor Manager - Hilton Boston Park Plaza (HOT0BOUP)

This position reports to the Director of Housekeeping Services and oversees a large housekeeping team.

The ideal candidate will be an energetic and passionate leader who enjoys teamwork, has prior union experience in a hotel environment, is committed to implementing policies and procedures, and has 1-2 years of leadership experience (required).

Shift Pattern: Full-Time; full availability including weekends and holidays between 8am - midnight is required.

What will I be doing?

• Manage daily housekeeping operations, including maintaining cleanliness and quality standards for guest rooms, public spaces, restrooms, offices, and banquet/meeting rooms.
• Ensure timely and efficient room availability for guests.
• Oversee systems use, cost controls, budgeting, forecasting, department management, policy enforcement, and meetings.
• Monitor and develop team member performance through supervision, counseling, evaluations, and recognition.
• Conduct room inspections.
• Recruit, interview, and train team members.
