Job summary

Oranje Commercial Janitorial is seeking dependable housekeeping staff for Flagstaff sites, with a 1st shift 5:00 AM–1:30 PM and 2nd shift 3:30 PM–12:00 AM, both paid hourly at $19.00 and $19.75 respectively. Multiple sites across Flagstaff, benefits included.

What You’ll Do

Deliver reliable janitorial services at assigned locations, following a clear scope of work provided at hire.

Physical Requirements

This is hands‑on, physical work. The role requires standing and walking throughout the shift, bending, reaching, and pushing/pulling cleaning equipment. Must be able to lift/carry up to 25 lbs. frequently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally, including cleaning restrooms and responding to spills or bodily fluids using company-provided PPE.
