Oranje Commercial Janitorial in North Phoenix is seeking a dependable Cleaner/Floater for multiple sites. This full-time night-shift role (4:00 PM–2:30 AM, Monday to Friday) keeps locations sparkling and ensures standards are met, with coverage for teammates as needed.

You must be 23+, have a valid Arizona driver's license and a clean driving record, own a reliable vehicle, and complete a defensive driving course.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 23 years old (required for auto insurance coverage)
• Must be able to provide a clean driving record
• Valid Arizona Driver's License
• Reliable personal vehicle with current personal auto insurance
• Completion of defensive driving course (we can arrange this for you in-house)
• Ability to pass drug screening and background check
• E-Verify clearance
• Rock-solid reliability and punctuality

Position Details:

• Location: North Phoenix
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 4PM - 2:30AM
• Hours: Guaranteed 40 hours weekly
• Pay Rate: $17.00/hour
• Position Type: Full-time, Night Shift
