Job summary

Aramark Nexus is seeking a Housekeeping Director to lead operations for a new large-scale residential workforce community near Hereford, Texas. You will oversee housing units, resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas, building strong teams, establishing cleaning standards, and driving safety and quality.

The role requires experience in hotels, extended-stay, or residential settings, with staff development, scheduling, and collaboration with Guest Services and Facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years housekeeping leadership experience.
• Experience supervising large housekeeping teams.
• Experience in 24/7 residential operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and scheduling systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily housekeeping operations for a large residential workforce community.
• Recruit, schedule, train, coach, and develop housekeeping managers, supervisors, room attendants, housekeepers, and staff.
• Establish and maintain cleaning, sanitation, room presentation, and quality standards across all residential areas.
• Oversee routine room cleaning, deep cleaning, room turnover, inspections, and preparation of housing units for arriving residents.
• Coordinate with Guest Services, Facilities, Security, and other teams to ensure room readiness and occupancy changes.
• Manage departmental labor, operating expenses, supply costs, and productivity within budgets.
• Use data, inspections, and trends to identify opportunities to improve quality and efficiency.
