Aramark Nexus is seeking a Guest Services Manager to lead front desk and resident services for a new, large-scale workforce community near Hereford, Texas. The role focuses on managing a fast-moving front desk, ensuring accurate resident records, and delivering a consistently high level of hospitality from arrival through departure.

Qualifications

• Requires 3–5 years in hotel front desk, guest services, or similar hospitality environment.
• Experience supervising front desk or guest services staff is essential.
• Knowledge of hotel PMS or reservation systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily front desk and guest services operations for a high-volume residential hospitality environment.
• Manage, schedule, train, coach, and develop Guest Services Attendants and other front desk staff.
• Oversee resident check-in/out, room assignments, registrations and service requests.
• Ensure front desk procedures follow privacy, records, and information security standards.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, facilities, security, and food service for resident readiness.
