WesleyLife in West Des Moines, IA, seeks a Housekeeping Director to lead a team responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents and staff. You will manage training, scheduling, and budget adherence while upholding high standards of service.

The role includes directing daily operations, fostering engagement among team members, and aligning housekeeping activities with community needs. This is a full-time on-site position with potential evening/weekend coverage.

A Typical Day for a Housekeeping Director with Edgewater:

• You will have the opportunity to directly and positively impact the health and wellbeing of the people you serve by providing a clean, safe and comfortable environment.
• You will insure that the housekeeping team has the tools and training to provide quality service.
• You will monitor housekeeping performance and audit processes to insure they are efficient and within budgetary guidelines.
• You will foster a team culture of appreciation and engagement.

Current Openings: Full-Time, Primary hours are Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 4:30 pm. Must be available to support the community on evenings and weekends as needed.
