Job summary

The Condado Collection, including La Concha Resort in Condado, Puerto Rico, is seeking a dedicated housekeeping team member to uphold our high standards of service and cleanliness. This full-time role supports the Director and management, performing administrative tasks, maintaining safety, and delivering hospitality with a bilingual Spanish/English approach.

Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Hospitality oriented
• Must be able to bend, squat, stretch, and lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office is helpful
• Fully bilingual (Spanish and English)

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Housekeeping and housekeeping management staff in expediting administrative paperwork related to the housekeeping departments.
• Administer Lost and Found Policy.
• Prepare the Vacant Dirty Report.
• Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs.
• Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
• Be knowledgeable about daily hotel operations, check daily event sheets, bulletin boards and be up to date with changes, new procedures, and events.
• Follow all company safety and security policies; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to the supervisor.
• Complete safety training and certifications.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support the team to reach common goals.
• Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.

• Must be able to bend, squat, stretch,and lift weighing up to 50 pounds
• Able to handle difficult situations effectively
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Able and willing to perform basic cleaning duties
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Fully Bilingual (Spanish and English)
