The Opportunity :

We are seeking a Housekeeping Coordinator for the new Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Nashville. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our team!

We are looking for a talented organizer who takes ownership of their role and operations and can connect quickly with colleagues. Confidence, adaptability, and a focus on quality are key to success in this role.

Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to) :

• Answer all housekeeping incoming calls efficiently, directing requests appropriately.
• Lead special projects to maintain and improve housekeeping services.
• Schedule room assignments and check staffing levels for the next day.
• Organize the Housekeeping office, ensuring files are accurate and updated.
• Monitor the completion of Traces and Special Requests.
• Review guest profiles and execute any requests made for Housekeeping.
• Expedite guest requests promptly and notify management of issues.
• Record concerns and resolve them to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Communicate room and engineering issues, following protocols for resolution.
• Assist with stripping, cleaning, and inspecting rooms as needed.
• Work harmoniously with room attendants, house attendants, laundry attendants, and foster strong team relationships.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills :

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role; previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel.
• Proficiency in a second language is a plus.
