About the role
Assist Housekeeping management in administrative work as directed.
What you will do
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Completes all necessary paperwork and assists housekeeping management in administrative work as directed. (40%)
2. Answers and relays all requests and information handled through the desk in a courteous and efficient manner to ensure ultimate guest satisfaction (20%)
3. Reports any service or safety discrepancies to the appropriate manager or supervisor and resolves them whenever possible. (10%)
4. Covers the Desk in the absence of the Uniform Attendant and Rooms Clerk (10%)
5. Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact. (10%)
6. Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors. (10%)
NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1.Assists with responsibilities and duties in the absence or heavy volume in the areas of Lobby Attendant, Room Attendant and House Attendant.
2. Assists other departments as needed as part of a Crunch team.
What you bring
Education: High school education or equivalent experience
Experience: Minimum one year receptionist or related work experience preferred
Skills and Abilities: Ability to read, write and speak English
