About the role:

Assist Housekeeping management with administrative work as directed.

What you will do:

Essential functions:

  1. Complete paperwork and assist housekeeping management in administrative tasks (40%)
  2. Answer and relay requests and information courteously to ensure guest satisfaction (20%)
  3. Report service or safety issues to management and resolve them when possible (10%)
  4. Cover the Desk in the absence of the Uniform Attendant and Rooms Clerk (10%)
  5. Follow Four Seasons’ Work Rules and Standards of Conduct (10%)
  6. Work harmoniously with colleagues and supervisors (10%)

Non-essential functions:

  1. Assist with duties in Lobby Attendant, Room Attendant, and House Attendant roles when needed
  2. Support other departments as part of a Crunch team

What you bring:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year of receptionist or related experience preferred
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
