About the Indiana State Parks Inns : As one of the oldest state park lodging systems in the country, the Indiana State Park Inns proudly operates seven unique and beautiful facilities throughout our great state of Indiana. Each one offers a unique experience for guests to enjoy the sights and sounds of nature and make memories naturally! Overlooking the Ohio River near historic downtown Madison, Indiana, Clifty Inn is located within the beautiful Clifty Falls State Park. The Inn features 71 guest rooms, the Falls Restaurant, an indoor pool, and banquet/conference space.

A Day In The Life

Housekeeping employees serve to maintain a clean and orderly environment including in guest rooms, cabins, and common areas. Housekeeping positions and their essential functions are as follows:

• Housekeeping: Responsible for performing cleaning duties to maintain a clean and orderly space for guests. Duties may include making beds, replenishing linens, cleaning guest rooms, emptying trash, and vacuuming.
• This position starts at $12.65 per hour.
• Laundry: Responsible for cleaning and storing linens in a timely, organized manner to ensure that the Inn’s laundry and linen needs are met.
• This position starts at $12.65 per hour.

Benefits of Employment with the Indiana State Park Inns:

Indiana State Park Inns supplements its full-time workforce with intermittent and part-time employees to effectively manage the workload. Management will determine which positions are considered part-time and which are considered intermittent. Part-time and intermittent employees enjoy flexible scheduling, have opportunities to learn new skills, and experience working in one of the most beautiful places in Indiana! Employees who are placed in intermittent positions work less than 30 hours per week and are not eligible for benefits. Employees who are placed in part-time positions work 30-36 hours per week and are eligible for a limited benefits package which includes medical insurance, paid time off, and new parent leave.
