Residence Inn/SpringHill Suites Indianapolis is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain guest room and public area cleanliness, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for guests. The role requires reliability, good communication, and the ability to work flexible hours.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• No prior experience required; hospitality experience is a plus.
• Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours and lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Clean and reset guest bedrooms and bathrooms according to established standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of hallways and common areas.
• Report maintenance issues to the Supervisor.
• Stock and maintain housekeeping carts and linen storage rooms.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure guest satisfaction.
