Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Ottawa is seeking a House Person to support the housekeeping team by coordinating linen supplies, maintaining clean hallways, delivering guest items, and assisting Housekeepers.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, 6 months of janitorial experience, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Fluency in English is essential, with additional languages a plus; background/drug checks are required.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or equivalent, along with 6 months Janitorial experience required or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must obtain and maintain all licenses / certifications per Federal, State, and Gaming/Lottery regulations.
• Must successfully pass background check.
• Must successfully pass drug screening.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluency in English: additional languages preferred.

Aufgaben

• Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations and departmental policies and procedures.
• Maintains a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility.
• Promotes positive guest relations at all times.
• Assist Housekeepers in cleaning rooms, as needed.
• Stock caddies/carts with all required cleaning supplies, linen, amenities, and equipment.
• Enter guest rooms according to procedures, including respecting Do Not Disturb rooms.
