Responsibilities

• Maintain a high level of positive and professional interaction with team members and guests.
• Follow all safety and health regulations including PPE protocols.
• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms and bathrooms after checkout including bedrooms and furnishings.
• Sanitize all high-touch surfaces including switches, remotes, door handles, thermostats, phones.
• Clean, restock and organize guest rooms according to established standards.
• Replace linens, towels, amenities and supplies as per guidelines.
• Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report concerns promptly.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain knowledge of cleaning chemicals and explain their use to guests.
• Maintain carts, storage rooms and equipment clean and organized.
• Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and professional appearance.
