As the Housekeeping Attendant, you'll play a key role in bringing our vision to life by maintaining the cleanliness of guest rooms, corridors, housekeeping storage, linen closets, and other areas of the property. Responsibilities
  • Be an expert on all our services, features, and local activities, ensuring guests have unforgettable experiences.
  • Complete all assigned guest room cleaning duties to the highest standard, including sweeping and mopping floors, checking under furniture for debris, dusting and sanitizing surfaces, etc.
  • Keep your cleaning cart, housekeeping storage, linen closets, and public areas fully stocked and guest‑ready.
  • Master the proper use of all equipment, showcasing your dedication to excellence.
  • Keep our guest rooms, corridors, housekeeping linen, storage closets, and public areas spotless and inviting.
  • Adhere to all safety and cleanliness protocols, including the proper handling, cleaning, and disposal of materials, aligning with OSHA Bloodborne Pathogen Standards.
  • Demonstrate your integrity by managing key control and ensuring the security of all keys, buildings, and vehicles.
  • Report any damages or maintenance issues promptly and efficiently, showing your commitment to property standards and safety.
  • Handle lost and found items with care and professionalism.
Qualifications

  • Must be able to understand, speak, read, and write in the basic English language.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perceptions and the ability to adjust focus.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be exposed to indoor and outdoor working environment. The noise level in the work environment is moderate to loud and the use of chemical cleaning agents, household cleaning products, and equipment is frequent.
