Job summary

Saint Luke's in Missouri is seeking a Housekeeping Associate to maintain resident apartments, the skilled nursing unit, and common areas in a clean, safe, and comfortable condition.

You will perform cleaning, disinfection, and sanitation tasks across living spaces and facilities, including kitchens and bathrooms, floors, windows, and other surfaces. The role may involve linen services and laundry, and requires upkeep of hallways, elevators, and waste containers.

Qualifications

• Less than 1 year of experience expected.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning, polishing, and disinfecting furniture and fixtures
• Cleaning, washing, and sanitizing kitchen and bathroom fixtures
• Cleaning floors, to include sweeping, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting
• Remove dirt, dust, grease from surfaces and windows using proper cleaning and disinfecting solutions
• Cleaning hallways, stairways, and elevators
• Discarding waste/trash into proper containers and relining trash receptacles with plastic liners
• May also help with flat linen services and laundry
• Other tasks related to cleaning
