McLaren Health Care is seeking a full-time night-shift Housekeeper to perform cleaning and disinfection across patient rooms, bathrooms, and general areas. Responsibilities include waste removal, floor care, and completing scheduled housekeeping tasks in a hospital environment, with adherence to infection control guidelines.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of housekeeping experience, preferably in healthcare or related settings.

Responsabilités

• Removes all regular and medical waste.
• Cleans and disinfects all bathrooms and fixtures according to departmental guidelines.
• Cleans and disinfects all patient rooms on a daily basis per departmental guidelines.
• Performs all cleaning functions as scheduled (high and low dusting, disinfecting of all surfaces, window cleaning, dry and wet mopping).
• Maintains all floor surfaces (dry and wet mopping, vacuuming, carpet shampooing or extraction, stripping, scrubbing, refinishing, burnishing).
• Completes all housekeeping projects as assigned (stairwells, elevators, doors...).
• Attends monthly department meetings.
• Performs other duties consistent with purpose of job as directed.
