Excel Care Wilmington seeks a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Aide to join our team at our premier rehabilitation and healing center. You will clean resident rooms, common areas, and facility spaces while following infection control and safety standards, working both independently and with a team to maintain a clean and welcoming environment for residents and staff.

The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, good time management, and a compassionate attitude toward residents.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred, but not required.

Responsabilités

• Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas daily.
• Empty trash and replace liners throughout the facility.
• Collect and take out trash to designated disposal areas.
• Dust, mop, vacuum, and disinfect surfaces and high-touch areas.
• Replenish paper products and cleaning supplies as needed.
• Respond courteously to resident and staff requests.
• Assist with room turnovers and deep cleaning as assigned.

About the Role:

As a Housekeeping Aide, you will be responsible for cleaning resident rooms, common areas, and facility spaces while following infection control and safety standards. You will work independently and as part of a team to ensure that our facility remains clean, tidy, and comfortable for everyone. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, has strong attention to detail, and is committed to creating a comfortable environment for everyone in our care.
