Job summary

Excel Care Newark is seeking a dependable Housekeeping Aide to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and staff. You will clean and sanitize rooms, bathrooms, and common areas daily, and support with supply replenishment and turnover tasks.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas daily.
• Empty trash and replace liners throughout the facility.
• Collect and take out trash to designated disposal areas.
• Dust, mop, vacuum, and disinfect surfaces and high-touch areas.
• Replenish paper products and cleaning supplies as needed.
• Respond courteously to resident and staff requests.
• Assist with room turnovers and deep cleaning as assigned.
