Wesley Willows Corporation is hiring a Housekeeping Associate for the Highview in the Woodlands community in Rockton, IL. The role offers a $15.00–$15.50/hour full-time daytime schedule, 6:00am–2:30pm, with weekends and holidays rotating.

The position emphasizes cleanliness, resident comfort, and teamwork in a skilled nursing setting. Experience is welcome but not required, with strong safety and communication expectations.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent is required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Good interpersonal relations with proven verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read special instructions and understand labels on cleaning products.

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned apartments, suites, or homes and support housekeeping staff in maintaining general facility cleanliness.
• Follow work schedules and clean resident rooms without disturbing personal items.
• Vacuum, mop, dust, empty trash, and safely use cleaning chemicals.
• Communicate effectively with residents and proactively solve problems.
• Assist the laundry department and perform other tasks as assigned by housekeeping leadership.
