Job summary

Wesley Willows in Rockton, IL is looking for a Housekeeping Associate to maintain cleanliness in resident apartments and support housekeeping staff. The role is a full-time day shift, 6:00am-2:30pm, with rotating weekends and holidays.

You'll vacuum, mop, dust, and handle trash while following schedules and not disturbing personal items. Good interpersonal skills and ability to read labels are important; prior experience is welcome but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read labels on cleaning products and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned apartments, suites, or homes and support housekeeping staff in maintaining general facility cleanliness.
• Follow work schedules and clean resident rooms without disturbing personal items.
• Vacuum, mop, dust, empty trash, and safely use cleaning chemicals.
• Communicate effectively with residents and proactively solve problems.
• Assist the laundry department and perform other tasks as assigned by housekeeping leadership.
