WesleyWillows seeks a Housekeeping Associate to join our day shift team in Rockton, IL. You will clean apartments and support housekeeping staff to maintain a safe, comfortable living environment for residents.

The role offers a full-time day schedule (6:00am-2:30pm) with pay of $15.00-$15.50 per hour and benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, a 403(b) plan, Life/AD&D, and Disability insurance. Requirements include a high school diploma and being 18+; prior housekeeping experience is

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned apartments, suites, or homes and assist housekeeping staff.
• Follow work schedules and clean resident rooms without disturbing personal items.
• Vacuum, mop, dust, empty trash, and safely use cleaning products.
• Communicate effectively with residents and proactively solve problems.
• Assist the laundry department and other tasks as needed by housekeeping leadership.

What You'll Do:

• Clean assigned apartments, suites, or homes and support housekeeping staff in maintaining general facility cleanliness
• Follow work schedules and clean resident rooms without disturbing personal items
• Vacuum, mop, dust, empty trash, and safely use cleaning chemicals
• Communicate effectively with residents and proactively solve problems
• Assist the laundry department and perform other tasks as assigned by housekeeping leadership

What You'll Need:

• High school graduate or equivalent (required)
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older (required)
• Previous experience preferred, but not required
• Good interpersonal relations with proven verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to read special instructions and understand labels on cleaning products
