Job summary

Senior Living Residences is seeking a diligent Housekeeping Associate for Concord Park in Concord, MA. You will join a care-focused team providing clean, safe, and home-like environments for our senior residents.

The shift runs full-time from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM with every other weekend. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health plans, dental and vision, paid time off, life insurance, and a robust perk program.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers.
• Able to stand, lift up to 30 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Reliable and punctual to support residents daily living activities.

Responsibilities

• Complete laundry and housekeeping according to the assigned schedule.
• Clean residents’ apartments weekly and perform emergency housekeeping as needed.
• Clean common areas, furniture, fixtures, and bathrooms; replenish supplies.
• Handle department equipment with care.
• Collaborate with a team to complete assignments.

AVAILABLE SHIFTS:

Full Time: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM with every other weekend

PAY & BENEFITS:

Rates start at $18-$19 per hour

WHAT OUR HOUSEKEEPING ASSOCIATES DO:

• Complete laundry and housekeeping according to the assigned schedule.
• Clean residents’ apartments on a weekly basis as assigned and perform emergency housekeeping duties as needed.
• Clean common spaces, furniture and fixtures, and bathrooms. Replenish bathroom supplies in common areas, as needed.
• Take care of equipment used within the department.
• Work with a team to complete assignments.
