Job summary

Senior Living Residences Marlboro seeks a dedicated Housekeeping Associate to maintain a clean, safe, home-like environment for our senior residents. Full-time shifts run Tue-Fri 12:00 PM–8:00 PM and Sat 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, with pay starting at $16 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will perform weekly apartment cleaning, clean common areas, and assist with laundry and supplies, collaborating with teammates to ensure a high standard of care and comfort for residents.

Qualifications

• Physical ability to stand, lift up to 30 pounds, and bend.
• Able to communicate effectively with residents and coworkers.
• Punctuality and reliability required; daily living assistance support expected.
• Prior assisted living experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean residents' apartments weekly and perform emergency housekeeping as needed.
• Clean common areas, furniture, fixtures, and bathrooms; restock supplies.
• Handle laundry and housekeeping tasks per assigned schedule.
• Collaborate with team to complete tasks.

AVAILABLE SHIFTS:

Full Time: Tuesday-Friday: 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM, Saturday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Rates start at $16 per hour

WHAT OUR HOUSEKEEPING ASSOCIATES DO:

• Complete laundry and housekeeping according to the assigned schedule.
• Clean residents’ apartments on a weekly basis as assigned and perform emergency housekeeping duties as needed.
• Clean common spaces, furniture and fixtures, and bathrooms. Replenish bathroom supplies in common areas, as needed.
• Take care of equipment used within the department.
• Work with a team to complete assignments.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Physical requirements: Standing, lifting (up to 30 pounds), bending
• Communication: An ability to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers
• Be on time and reliable – Our residents rely on us to assist them with their daily living activities and we expect our team to be reliable at all times.
• Assisted living experience, preferred
