Job summary

Lansdowne Village in Missouri is seeking a Housekeeping Assistant to maintain clean and safe living spaces for residents in our senior living community. You will perform routine cleaning, sanitizing, and organization duties to support quality care.

We offer competitive pay based on experience, PTO, holidays, tuition reimbursement, and a 401(k). This full-time role requires reliability, communication in English, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of experience preferred.
• Must maintain a working email address and phone number.
• Ability to communicate in English in writing and verbally with staff, resident families and any outside customer.
• The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions.

Responsibilities

• Sweep and mop floors.
• Dust surfaces and wash windows.
• Shampoo and vacuum carpets.
• Arrange furniture and clean fixtures.
• General cleaning of furniture, equipment, and areas.
